Delivery Charges

We want things to be simple. We don't have any hidden fees and we charge a flat-rate delivery cost depending on the service you need. This cost is the same regardless of where in the UK you live or how much you order. If you live outside the UK, you'll need to contact us for a cost for delivery. Please note, though, we are only able to deliver within Europe.

The cost for delivery is as follows:-

Standard Delivery (within 5 working days) - £5.95
Premium Next Day Delivery (when ordered by 2pm - £8.95
Please note, although you will get the option, next day delivery is only available on the UK Mainland, south of Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Free returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and in almost every case our customers are. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us any time within 60 days from delivery for a full refund. We don't want there to be any hard feelings, so we'll even pay for our courier to come and pick it up from you if that's convenient. If you wish to return your product just get in touch.
